Responsibilities
- Follow the curriculum to bring out the essence of The Singing Bowl Preschool’s philosophy and conduct activities for a balanced program which includes instruction, demonstration, and work time to provide children with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate
- Ensure a safe, physical and emotional environment for all students. Maintain a well-organized and clean classroom, conducive to learning
- Prepare crafts, teaching learning aids and other materials required for curriculum delivery.
- Being child-centered in all decision making
- Undertake class projects, field trips, or other experiential activities in accordance with the curriculum standards and guide students in learning from those activities
- Build excellent rapport and relationships with parents
- Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration.
- Identify children showing signs of emotional, developmental, or health-related problems, and discuss them with coordinator to plan a child specific program.
- Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children’s progress and needs, determine their priorities for their children, and suggest ways that they can promote learning and development.
- Provide regular and timely communication regarding events and activities to parents through newsletters and other documentation of children’s work
- Participate in organising, conducting school festivals, events, school outreach events.
- Select, store, order, issue, and inventory classroom equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Confer with other staff members to plan and schedule lessons promoting learning and undertake review and reflection assignments after the classroom teaching to evaluate and revise the lesson plans
- Attend staff meetings, training, and book reading sessions as and when planned

Experienced teacher or fresher with good English communication skill will be suitable for this role
