- JOB RESPONSIBILITES:-
- Maintaining a safe environment for children by enforcing safety regulations and procedures, such as not allowing children to walk on ladders or stand near a stovetop
- Enforcing rules for discipline and behavior, including timeouts when necessary
- Providing opportunities for children to develop socially and emotionally through play and interactions with peers and adults
- Assisting with daily routines, such as changing diapers or bathing children
- Observing children to assess their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development
- Helping children develop their cognitive skills through activities such as reading books and fingerplays
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons that meet each child’s needs and interests
