We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@schoolshiring.com within 2 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
Valid Reason: You must provide a valid reason for the refund request, such as technical issues, unauthorized transactions, or dissatisfaction with the service.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or transaction ID.
Unused Service: The service or digital product for which you are requesting a refund must be unused and in its original condition.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 10-15 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Cancellation of Subscriptions
If you have subscribed to a recurring service or subscription through our app and wish to cancel it, you can do so at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Cancelling a subscription will prevent any future charges, but it will not result in a refund of previous charges.
