Smt Bhagwati Devi Culture and Educational society is registered under the society’s registration act 1860 and is an apex body of Bal Bhawan Public Sr. Sec. School, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92. Late Sh. B.K. Gupta founded this temple of learning on July 7, 1980. He was a devoted, dedicated teacher and founder Principal of school. He played a key role in setting up this institution.
As we complete 40 years of our existence (1980-2020) we thank almighty who has been our constant protector and guide who has led us, through good and bad times.
