We are looking for Lead Early Childhood Teachers (Room Leaders) that have excellent knowledge of child development and is looking to develop their practice by taking part in innovative projects.
Experience and qualifications:
- Must hold Level 3 or above Early Years Professional Status or QTS.
- Experience of working with children 2-5s
- Experience of supporting staff in delivering high-quality early education
- Experience of working with families, identifying support and working in partnership to develop children’s learning and development
Experience and confidence in leading a team:
- Ability to work off your own initiative
- An understanding of synthetic phonics and early reading.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, patient, empathetic, caring, and friendly.
