Responsibilities-

Curriculum Planning:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the preschool curriculum.
• Incorporate various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities of children. Introduce and reinforce basic academic concepts, including numbers, letters, colors, shapes, and pre-writing skills

Classroom Management:

• Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and behavioral expectations, promoting positive discipline techniques.
• Encourage student participation, engagement, and independence in classroom activities. Supervise children during all activities, ensuring their safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) OR relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education.
• Proven experience working with preschool-age children, either in a formal or informal setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
