Opening for Regional Head for a reputed chain of schools (CBSE Affiliated up to 10+2),

Ideal candidate should be from North location & should be able to travel extensively across the region / Pan India as per the business need and be responsible having worked with various reputed chain of schools located in Pan India.

Being an MBA / Post Graduate in Marketing / Finance & an excellent leader in day to day school business and operations, he / she should have the capacity to turn around the K -12 school with thorough knowledge in various business models with proven track record.

Job Descriptions for Regional Head (but not limited to the following):

• Operations, Marketing & Sales Planning blended with proper Forecasting based on market analytics in K -12 segment of schools.

• Brand Management & development with school Pricing Strategies. Market Research & Business Intelligence for K -12 school segment followed by Marketing Communications & Admission Pipeline Management. Managing large marketing team size across different locations / regions.

• Customer Engagement (parent & student connect) Strategies that include school level BTL activities for maximum student’s walk ins. Event & Campaign Management & effective implementation of different processes, systems, mechanisms, sop(s), procedures etc. Should be able to create a market consulting network for Pan India locations to get max admission, reducing drop outs, maximizing collection and revenue for the organization followed by setting up new branches year on year basis.

• Excellent capacity to conceptualize for steady and exponential growth in revenue and HR cost controlling.

• Cost Effectiveness and proper alignment of human resources including maximum retention of student and staff in the given regions. Should be a demonstrative leader who understands the school (K -12) business with excellent daily operational skills handling Principal(s) and other school leaders, stakeholders, students and parents to lead from the front and to drive the entire forces with 100% happiness quotient with proven track record.
